Waterland (water park)

Waterland is a waterpark in Thessaloniki, Greece. It opened in 1994 and it is the largest waterpark in south-eastern Europe, covering an area of approximately 150,000 square metres.

Attractions

The water park has six water attractions, including a "Crazy River", a number of water slides, a wave pool, and a number of other pools.

The water park is located at Tagarades, a village at the outskirts of Thessaloniki on the way to Chalkidiki. About 130,000 people from all over Greece and Europe visit the park each year.
